Mastery Floors ("we", "us", "our") collects only what you type into the estimate form on this page:
We do not ask for your email address or your street address on this page. If we need them, we ask during the visit.
Your browser also sends us technical information automatically, including the campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as gclid and utm tags), which page you landed on, and the time of your first visit. We use these only to know which ad brought you here.
To contact you about the estimate you requested, to schedule and perform the work, and to answer your questions. We also use aggregate traffic data to understand which ads are working.
We do not use your information for anything you did not ask us for, and we do not sell it.
Consent. By submitting your phone number through this form and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Mastery Floors at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request your estimate without checking that box.
Types of messages. Appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, project status updates, and customer service responses.
Message frequency. Varies depending on your interaction with us, typically up to 6 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent or received.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message at any time. After you send STOP, we send a one-time confirmation and you will not receive additional messages.

This page stores the campaign parameters from your visit in your browser's session storage, so the information survives a page reload. It is cleared when you close the tab. Google Analytics and Google Ads may set cookies to measure visits and conversions. hCaptcha may collect device and interaction signals to tell people from bots.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The form still works without them.
This page is served over HTTPS, and the form is protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect precisely to reduce that risk.
